Pacific Coastal Airlines is seeking a Permanent Part Time On Call Customer Service Agent based in Kelowna. The ideal candidate will be safety-minded and customer-focused, ready to join a family-oriented and energetic team.

This role involves check-in, reservations, handling disruptions, and providing a friendly passenger experience while promoting company services. Weekend/evening shifts and strict accuracy in procedures are expected.
