Dawson Road Maintenance is hiring Labourers to support road maintenance activities. This temporary position reports to the Road Foreperson and offers the chance to work collaboratively while ensuring safety on site. You will engage in various manual tasks, operate heavy equipment, and assist with traffic control duties during roadwork.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prioritize safety in all tasks and environments
• Operate heavy equipment on public roadways
• Follow daily production schedules as directed
• Attend to daily work reports and maintenance logs
• Direct traffic safely during work activities

Requirements:
• Two years in road maintenance or construction
• Valid Class 1 or 3 Driver's License required
• Traffic Control Ticket from BCCSA
• Experience in snow removal considered an asset
• Ability to work shifts and in various weather conditions
