What you’ll do
As a Third Operator, you’ll be at the heart of operations - right on the floor where materials take shape. Your day-to-day:

Support the Operator and 2nd Operator with machine setup, operation,



and production activities

Load raw materials into equipment and prepare machinery for production runs

Monitor product quality and report any issues related to box dimensions, print quality, scoring, slotting, or material condition

Stack finished products using automated palletizing equipment according to customer specifications

Perform equipment cleanup and assist with routine maintenance activities

Complete production reports and administrative documentation accurately and on time

Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment while following all health, safety, and food safety standards
