JOEY Restaurants is seeking a Service Leader to drive the performance of a multi-million-dollar restaurant and its people in Kelowna. You will recruit, develop and empower a team of 50–100, executing quarterly plans to elevate product, profit, setting, and guest experience.
You will champion a culture of development, mentorship and teamwork while maintaining high standards of service, culinary excellence and community engagement.
