City of Iqaluit is seeking a strategic Director of Engineering and Capital Planning to lead municipal infrastructure planning, capital project delivery, asset management, and community development initiatives.

Reporting to the Deputy CAO - Infrastructure and Planning, this senior role oversees major infrastructure projects, secures funding, and provides leadership to technical teams across the organization. This is a full time, permanent leadership opportunity in Canada’s Arctic capital.
