Bissell Centre is seeking a Director, Finance & Operations to lead financial stewardship, operations, and risk management. Reporting to the Co-CEO, you will oversee an annual budget of about $20M, ensure GAAP and ASNPO compliance, and drive operational excellence across all sites.

You will provide strategic guidance to the executive team and board, manage procurement, and strengthen controls while fostering a team-oriented, inclusive workplace.
