Toronto Hydro is seeking a Manager, Customer Energy Management (Large Customers) to lead a team responsible for strategic account management and delivering exceptional customer experiences for municipal, academic, healthcare, and industrial clients.

You will build trusted relationships, advise leadership on priorities, and drive initiatives in electrification, climate action, and resilience while collaborating across the organization and with external partners.
