MNP, a leading Canadian qualified services firm, seeks a Legal Counsel for Technology & Digital (Commercial Contracts) to support the Legal & Risk Management team in Saskatoon. You will draft, negotiate and manage a wide range of software, cloud and services agreements while mitigating risk and ensuring compliance.

You will advise on privacy, data protection and emerging tech issues, collaborating with stakeholders across the firm and outside counsel to deliver practical, scalable contracting
