Southern Health-Santé Sud is hiring a Home Care Attendant for Home Care - Niverville. Under the Resource Coordinator, you will provide personal care and home support to clients in their homes per an established plan of care.
The role requires flexibility for days, evenings and weekends, with the ability to work independently as part of a team. A Grade 12 and a Home Care Attendant or Health Care Aide certificate are required.
