Key Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional service at the front counter and via phone
• Identify Members' financial needs and offer tailored solutions




• Promote DUCA’s wide range of services and products
• Process routine transactions like deposits and withdrawals
• Follow up on Member inquiries with proactive communication

Requirements:
• High School Diploma; undergraduate degree preferred
• Minimum two years in a financial service role
• Strong cash handling experience
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
