Join our dedicated early childhood education team as a Montessori Toddler Guide in Ontario. We seek a compassionate educator with Montessori accreditation to nurture toddlers through the Montessori method.

As a Montessori Toddler Guide, your role involves developing engaging curricula for children aged 1.5-2.5 years, addressing their physical and intellectual growth. The ideal candidate holds an AMI or MACTE diploma and preferably has the RECE designation. Your experience in assessing students and collaborating with parents will contribute to creating a supportive learning setting that adheres to Canadian early years standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement engaging curriculum for toddlers
• Assess students and create individualized learning plans




• Conduct parent-teacher meetings to discuss progress
• Ensure compliance with Ministry of Education standards
• Assist with open houses and tours for prospective families

Requirements:
• Montessori Infant/Toddler Diploma from recognized institute
• Current candidates in Montessori courses are encouraged to apply
• Preferred RECE designation
• Experience in a Montessori setting
• Strong understanding of child development principles
