CMHA Thames Valley in St. Thomas, Ontario, seeks an Addiction and Mental Health Worker, SEE Specialist, for Elgin PEPP Direct Service.
This full time contract position focuses on recovery-oriented, client-centered care for youth and young adults experiencing early psychosis. You will provide assessment, case management and practical support to help clients achieve education, employment and community integration goals, while coordinating with families and the PEPP team.
