Description Administrative Coordinator role is ideal for an organized professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced logistics and transportation environment, coordinating daily administrative activities, and supporting drivers and operational teams. The right person will be comfortable managing multiple priorities, working with transportation systems, and ensuring that information and documentation are accurate and up to date.
What you’ll do: Coordinate appointments by phone, email, and in person while supporting daily transportation operations
Check in P & D drivers, review paperwork, prepare delivery and outbound manifests, and scan bills of lading
Run operational reports, code missed pickups, prepare driver pay sheets, and enter billing information into the system
Book delivery appointments and maintain accurate operational records




Support the collection and tracking of outstanding dues
What we’re looking for: Previous experience in transportation, logistics, operations, or a similar administrative workplace
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and WMS systems
Experience with TruckMate and AS400 is a definite asset
Ability to work accurately in a high-volume, fast-paced, transactional environment
Solid organizational skills and attention to detail
Clear criminal record check required
