Role Overview
As a Medical Office Representative, you will serve as the first point of contact for patients while supporting front-office operations and ensuring a positive, efficient patient experience within a cardiology practice setting.

Key Responsibilities Include

Managing front desk operations including check-in and check-out

Scheduling appointments, procedures, and surgeries

Collecting payments and supporting revenue cycle processes

Handling patient inquiries and resolving issues professionally





Entering patient information and maintaining accurate records

Utilizing computer systems to manage schedules and workflows

Supporting communication between patients, providers, and care teams

Performing clerical and administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications
Education
Required:

High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)

Experience
Required:

Six (6) months of experience in one of the following:

Healthcare setting

Customer service
