Bilingual Source is seeking a Travel Arrangements Coordinator to build group travel itineraries across North America. You will collaborate with tour operators, source services with suppliers, and design proposals that turn travel visions into reality.
Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in tourism, excellent English, and solid skills in Word/Excel. The role offers hybrid work (Montreal or GTA, 1 in-office day) or remote if outside these regions, with growth opportunities in a dynamic team.
