Reporting to the Business Centre Manager, you will work to provide accurate quotations while managing customer orders and ensuring strong communication with all stakeholders. Your role involves pro-active problem-solving and maintaining expert knowledge on product lines to support project objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with projects team and sales representatives
• Manage customer purchase orders for completion
• Track project progress and address issues proactively
• Liaise with customers to establish project requirements
• Negotiate pricing and sales terms with vendors

Requirements:
• Minimum Grade 12 education is required
• Five years' experience in a similar role preferred
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Solid organizational and problem-solving abilities
