Swatch Group is seeking a Sales Lead in Canada to drive customer service excellence and supervise sales associates. You will coach staff to achieve sales targets while embodying Swatch Core Competencies and managing day-to-day operations, including inventory control and POS processes.
Starting base pay is $20.20 per hour with a monthly performance bonus, plus advantages such as health, life insurance, RRSP with company match, and employee discounts. Full-time position with minimum 35 hours weekly.
