Working within the Tertiary Mental Health - Assessment & Treatment team, you will provide vital psychosocial rehabilitation services to individuals facing severe mental health challenges. Collaboration with an interdisciplinary team is essential to develop effective treatment plans tailored to each client's needs. Your primary focus will be on promoting independence while providing holistic support in daily living and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist clients with daily living activities and personal care
• Monitor and report on clients' symptoms and progress




• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and planning
• Ensure a safe setting for clients and team members

Requirements:
• Grade 12 plus Mental Health Care Worker program
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Physical ability to perform job duties
• Experience in organizing work efficiently
• Skill in operating related equipment
