In this full time position, you will be part of Skyline’s Residential Operations team, responsible for on-demand maintenance and property inspections. Key Responsibilities:
• Complete general maintenance tasks in occupied and vacant units
• Respond to maintenance requests and communicate updates promptly
• Support suite turns by cleaning and repairing vacant units




• Maintain common areas and ensure safety standards
• Conduct routine safety inspections as required

Requirements:
• Experience in maintenance, repair, and customer service
