Dollarama in Saint-Pascal, QC is seeking an Assistant Team Leader to support the management team in daily store operations, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain an organized, effective store environment.
You will assist with staff supervision, schedule, cash handling, safety, and task follow-up, while developing leadership and teamwork skills in a fast-paced retail setting. Flexibility to cover day, evening, and weekend shifts, plus a commitment to training and performance management.
