Damage Insurance Agent (Auto & Home) – Take the Lead with Us

Location: Province of Quebec (all regions)

Without a license: January 11th, 2027

With a license (Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) – Damage Insurance): March 5th, 2027

What You Will Accomplish Daily

As a Damage Insurance Agent , you are the first point of contact for our clients. Your role is to:

Build personalized relationships with clients and create a climate of trust that supports the sale of auto and home insurance policies

Follow the company’s underwriting policies

Use your skills to help increase client retention

Provide high-quality advisory service focused on clients’ real needs

Collaborate with colleagues in a dynamic and motivating environment

We are looking for someone who:

Enjoys helping people and easily builds trust

Communicates clearly, with empathy and professionalism

Demonstrates strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and stress management

Is adaptable and eager to learn

Has an interest in sales

Has an advanced level of proficiency in the French language, as the individual will be required to communicate verbally and in writing with French-speaking clients and colleagues across Canada on a regular basis

Enjoys teamwork

Minimum Education Requirements

High school diploma with 3 years of work experience

College diploma (or higher)

Recognition of a diploma obtained outside Quebec (MIFI or WES)
