Fraserway RV Edmonton is seeking a customer-focused Service Advisor who can manage the service lane, communicate with technicians, and keep customers informed from check-in to completion.
You will act as the link between customers and the shop, ensure smooth workflow, and provide transparent estimates and service options, while coordinating with warranty teams and verifying completed work before vehicle release.
