HealthForce Healthcare LLC is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a travel assignment in Brookside, Colorado. The 13-week contract starts 10/12/2026 with 35 guaranteed hours per week and a 5x8 shift from 08:00 to 16:30 in a skilled nursing facility.
Active Colorado licensure (or eligibility) and NBCOT certification as a COTA are required, with a preferred 1 year in geriatric settings.
