What You’ll Be Doing
As part of our Service Administration TEAM, you’ll help keep the department running smoothly by:

Coordinating mechanic schedules and job assignments

Keeping work orders, back orders and WIP up to date

Helping customers with questions and service needs

Coordinating preventative maintenance and annual safety certificates

Working closely with our Parts, Service and Rental teams

Making sure technicians have the parts and information they need

Tracking service records, inspections,



logs and documentation

Supporting the Service Manager with department procedures, safety and day-to-day operations

Who We’re Looking For
You’re a strong communicator, highly organized and comfortable working with computers and web-based programs.

Service writing experience is required , and experience in a service department or with mechanical equipment is a big plus.

Experience with SAGE? Even better — but not required.
