As a Program Leader located at the Balaclava Centre in Freelton, ON, your responsibilities will include developing and implementing healthy, safe programs tailored for children. You'll also handle Before and After School care, manage administrative tasks, and build strong connections with families. Your role focuses on engaging children in play and ensuring a team-oriented, welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome children and families during arrivals and departures
• Support children's emotional and social needs
• Prepare healthy snacks following safe food practices




• Engage children with meaningful indoor and outdoor activities
• Facilitate safe transitions for JK/SK groups

Requirements:
• Early Childhood Education Diploma, member in good standing
• Minimum 2 years experience as a Registered ECE
• Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills
• Strong understanding of child development
• Flexibility to adapt to wide-ranging duties and schedules
