This role combines front desk administration, parent communication, and student recruitment. You will serve as a key point of contact for families, assist with day-to-day operations, and take initiative to attract prospective students and convert inquiries into registrations.

The ideal candidate has experience working in a private tutoring or learning centre, understands how to communicate the value of educational programs to parents, and is comfortable taking ownership of enrollment goals.

Success in this role requires more than providing excellent administrative support. We are looking for someone who can actively identify enrollment opportunities, build relationships with families, and contribute to growing our student base.

Student Recruitment & Enrollment Growth

- Proactively identify and pursue opportunities to attract new students to our Vancouver and Richmond centres.

- Build and maintain relationships with families to encourage referrals, continued enrollment, and long-term engagement.
- Track prospective student inquiries, follow-up activities, and enrollment outcomes to evaluate recruitment effectiveness.
- Take initiative in identifying new ways to increase student registrations and support the academy's enrollment goals.
