Sultani Carz is seeking an experienced and results-driven Subprime Automotive Finance Manager with proven expertise in automotive financing and the ability to independently generate qualified customer leads.

This opportunity is ideal for an established finance professional who wants to grow their business while benefiting from an existing dealership's inventory, financing systems, facilities, and operational support.

You bring the leads and financing expertise. We provide the office, vehicle inventory, DealerTrack access, and dealership infrastructure. We share the profits from successfully completed transactions.

We are particularly interested in motivated individuals who have a proven track record of generating financing business independently.

Key Responsibilities
- Independently generate and manage qualified subprime automotive financing leads.
- Develop customer acquisition strategies and maintain referral relationships.
- Assist customers with challenged credit, previous bankruptcies, consumer proposals, and limited credit histories.




- Structure and submit automotive financing applications through approved dealership systems.
- Work with authorized lending institutions to secure suitable financing approvals.
- Match customers with available dealership vehicle inventory.
- Manage financing transactions from initial customer consultation through vehicle delivery.
- Maintain accurate customer records and appropriate credit application consent.
- Follow OMVIC regulations, applicable privacy legislation, lender requirements, and dealership policies.

Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum two years of subprime automotive financing experience.
- Proven ability to independently generate customer leads is essential.
- Demonstrated experience structuring and closing automotive financing transactions.
- Strong understanding of subprime lenders, credit applications, and approval procedures.
- Experience with DealerTrack or comparable automotive financing platforms.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills.
- Strong business development and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing business independently.
- Valid OMVIC registration required before performing regulated vehicle sales activities.

Compensation and Profit Sharing This position offers a performance-based profit-sharing arrangement designed to reward successful business development and completed vehicle financing transactions.





- Negotiable profit-sharing percentage based on agreed terms.
