- Manage the entire subprime financing process, from application review to approval, ensuring timely and accurate decision-making
- Assess customer credit profiles using financial data, mathematical analysis, and industry guidelines to determine appropriate loan terms
- Negotiate financing terms with customers and lenders, balancing company policies with customer needs to secure mutually beneficial agreements
- Collaborate closely with sales teams to facilitate seamless deal closures and enhance customer satisfaction through expert financial guidance
- Maintain comprehensive records of all financing transactions, approvals, and compliance documentation for audit purposes




- Provide exceptional customer service by explaining loan options clearly, addressing concerns promptly, and fostering trust throughout the financing journey
- Stay current on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices within financial services and dealership operations

Experience

- Proven experience in financial services or dealership finance management, preferably within a subprime lending environment
- Strong background in negotiation, sales, and customer service with a focus on building lasting client relationships
- Solid understanding of mathematical concepts related to loan calculations, interest rates, and credit scoring models
- Familiarity with dealership operations, including vehicle sales processes and financing procedures
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial information clearly and confidently
