Position: Cook (permanent Full time) Languages English Education Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience Experience 1 year to less than 2 years Skills/Cuisine Specialties: Knowledge in Japanese cooking an asset (sushi, teppanyaki) Responsibilities Tasks Inspect kitchens and food service areas Determine the size of food portions and costs Plan menus and estimate food requirements for their realization Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances Order supplies and equipment. Inspect kitchens and food service areas Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment Assist Head chef in preparation of menus and ingredients. Clean kitchen, kitchen wares and work areas
