Join RhynoCare as a full time Child & Youth Service Worker in Rama First Nation, ON. Engage with children in care by providing holistic assessments, cultural connections, and ongoing support.

This position focuses on the well-being of children under Dnaagdawenmag Binnoojiiyag’s care. You will conduct comprehensive assessments, work collaboratively with families and community partners, and develop culturally appropriate Plans of Care. This role offers a chance to embrace Indigenous values while ensuring the safety and development of youth in care.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver quality service per Ministry standards and guidelines
• Conduct holistic assessments of strengths and needs
• Advocate for culturally connected services for families




• Coordinate planning and review meetings for care
• Build relationships with community partners for support

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Social Work or related field
• Minimum three years experience with children and families
• Knowledge of child welfare legislation and practices
• Understanding of Indigenous culture and values
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
