Sandgate Women’s Shelter of York Region Inc. is seeking an Outreach & Counselling Support Worker, Community Programs, to deliver mobile, residential, and non-residential crisis support for women and their children affected by violence.
You will develop individualized goal plans, provide safety planning, crisis intervention, advocacy and referrals, both on the crisis line and in-person at shelters. The role emphasizes trauma‑informed, feminist practice, collaboration with staff and community
