You will source with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and other channels to build pipelines, and conduct technical screenings to validate background, seniority, and fit. Fluent English (B2+) and 4+ years of IT recruiting are essential for success. The role supports a distributed, rapid-paced environment.
