You will collaborate with the Accounts Payable Manager, managing end-to-end invoice procedures and vendor payments. Key Responsibilities:
• Process and post invoices using accounting software (SAGE)
• Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies efficiently




• Complete bank reconciliations and maintain proper record management
• Execute timely vendor payments and resolve inquiries
• Support internal audits and maintain up-to-date SOPs

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of Accounts Payable experience
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Proficient in spreadsheets and databases
• Experience with ERP systems preferred
• Understanding of HST and 1099 reporting is an asset
