Shared Health's Health Sciences Centre in Winnipeg is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide skilled nursing services for patients with complex needs, including administration of prescribed treatments, leadership within the care team, and coordinating patient care and discharge.
You will work with the Renal Nursing Relief Team – RN/LPN, participate in days, evenings, weekends, and standby coverage, while maintaining CRNM registration and PHIA compliance.
