- This job consists of managing property operations, security of property, facilities maintenance and demonstrates supervisory role. Maintains a work order system, preventative maintenance program, and maintains inventory of supplies and equipment. Being able to keep the communication lines open between the Site and Property Manager.
Skills and competencies
- Knowledge in the field for more than 3 years.
- Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair/maintenance.
- Administrative tasks include supervision of maintenance technicians and janitors.
- Problems resolving.
- Receptive to change- can adapt to changing circumstances.
- Respects diversity- treats other with respect and understands others-avoids unnecessary conflict
Working conditions
- Physical effort: Walking throughout the Building, carrying supplies, reaching, bending, stretching, and climbing.
