Le Superviseur TI sera responsable de l'environnement technologique de l'entreprise, en combinant l'administration des systèmes et réseaux Microsoft et la gestion des bases de données SQL.

PLUS PRÉCISÉMENT

- Administrer les serveurs physiques et virtuels, Microsoft 365 et Microsoft Entra ID
- Maintenir l'environnement réseau (Fortinet, VPN, Wi-Fi, VoIP, switches)
- Gérer les bases de données, les requêtes SQL et les extractions de données
- Assurer la sécurité et la performance (sauvegardes, accès, monitoring)
- Superviser un technicien N1/N2 et intervenir sur les incidents de niveaux 2 et 3
- Prendre en charge les projets TI (migrations, déploiements, automatisation)
- Travailler au cœur d'une équipe TI d'environ 10 personnes
- Œuvrer dans un environnement sur Microsoft, Azure, AWS et GCP

PROFIL

- 5+ années d'expérience en administration de systèmes et réseaux
- Expérience en Microsoft 365, Active Directory / Microsoft Entra ID
- Aisance en SQL (requêtes et extractions de données)
- Bonnes connaissances en Azure, AWS et Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Expertise en réseautique Fortinet (VPN, Wi-Fi, VoIP, switches)
- Autonomie et approche très hands-on en résolution de problèmes
- Capacité à superviser un technicien et à prioriser les demandes TI
- Certification Microsoft (atout)
- BAC en informatique ou l'équivalent
- Bilinguisme (Français requis, Anglais fonctionnel)

PROFILE

- 5+ years of experience in systems and network administration
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory / Microsoft Entra ID
- Proficiency in SQL (queries and data extractions)
- Good knowledge of Azure, AWS and Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Expertise in Fortinet networking (VPN, Wi-Fi, VoIP, switches)
- Autonomy and a strong hands-on approach to problem solving
- Ability to supervise a technician and prioritize IT requests
- Microsoft certification (asset)
- BAC in computer science or equivalent
- Bilingualism (French required, English functional)
