Your experience in retail will enable you to lead staff, manage cash procedures, and resolve customer issues effectively. Key Responsibilities:
• Assign tasks and prepare staff work schedules
• Supervise staff performance and procedures
• Maintain inventory and order merchandise
• Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages
• Train new sales staff as needed

Requirements:
• 1-2 years related experience in retail
• Completion of secondary school education
• Valid Smart Choices Cannabis Retail Certification
• Eligible to work in Canada
• At least 19 years old
