Universal Realty Group in Halifax, NS is seeking a Residential Property Manager to lead day-to-day operations of our multi-residential portfolio. You will ensure properties are maintained, tenants supported, and budgets managed efficiently while empowering in office staff.
This hands-on leadership role requires strong people skills, budgeting, and knowledge of building systems. Yardi experience is a plus; commuting to sites will be required.
