Lead inbound operations at our warehouse as an Inbound Manager. Oversee receiving, inventory management, and replenishment while ensuring efficiency and safety across all processes.

Reporting to the Director of Distribution Operations, you'll manage daily workflows, resources, and staffing to meet service and productivity goals. With over 5 years in warehouse or supply chain environments, you’ll drive improvements in safety and inventory accuracy while mentoring your team to excel.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee inbound warehouse operations including receiving and put-away
• Plan daily workflows to achieve productivity and inventory targets
• Monitor KPIs and facilitate continuous operational improvements
• Collaborate with supply chain teams to resolve inventory issues




• Foster a culture of engagement, accountability, and safety

Requirements:
• 5+ years in warehouse or distribution, 3+ years in a leadership role
• Solid knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management
• Proven ability to coach and develop teams effectively
• Proficient with WMS and inventory management tools
• Forklift experience required; wholesale distribution preferred
