COBS Bread is seeking a Regional Operations Specialist in Edmonton, AB to support Prairies bakery operations. The role reports to the Regional Operations Manager, Prairies and focuses on franchise compliance, training, and profit improvements across bakeries in the region.
The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in operations (franchise retail preferred) and 2+ years in customer service, with baking experience and a valid driver’s license for frequent field travel.
