FLiiP is seeking a proactive Customer Success Manager in Canada to drive retention and expansion for fitness businesses using our SaaS platform. In this founding CS role you’ll own relationships from onboarding to renewal and work closely with sales, product, and support teams to deliver outstanding outcomes.
You’ll guide clients through transitions, identify upsell opportunities, advocate for customers, and translate usage data into measurable ROI, while shaping our growing customer success
