About the Role Our client is seeking an experienced and charismatic Banqueting Manager to lead their banqueting operations in Kimberley . You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of banquets and large-scale events, from initial client consultation and menu planning to seamless execution on the day. Key Responsibilities Manage all banqueting operations, including staffing, setup, service, and breakdown for events.
Conduct client consultations to understand event requirements, preferences, and dietary needs.
Develop and execute detailed event plans, including timelines, staffing schedules, and operational procedures.
Lead, train, and motivate the banqueting team to deliver exceptional service standards.
Oversee inventory management for linens, tableware,



and service equipment.
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations within the banqueting department.
Requirements Minimum of 4 years of experience in banqueting, event management, or a similar hospitality leadership role.
