Sienna Senior Living is opening a brand-current Campus of Care in Brantford, inviting caring individuals to join as a Concierge. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service to residents, families, and visitors, while providing clerical support and assisting management as needed.
You will respond to inquiries with diplomacy, conduct building tours, handle records for meal vouchers, and help ensure a welcoming, respectful environment that supports residents' daily happiness and dignity.
