The Counsellor at CMHA Algoma provides therapeutic services across individuals, couples, and groups using trauma‑informed modalities. Responsibilities include crisis intervention, assessment, referral, and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team to support recovery and community reintegration.
Minimum one to three years of counselling experience in mental health or addictions, BSW required, OCSWSSW registration, and ASIST/CPI or willingness to obtain within three months.
