About the Role Our client is searching for an innovative and tech-savvy Remote Event Planner specializing in virtual experiences for clients in Kimberley and beyond. This role requires the ability to conceptualize, organize, and execute engaging online events, including webinars, virtual conferences, and team-building activities. You will collaborate with clients remotely to bring their vision to life in the digital space, managing all technical aspects, participant engagement, and post-event analysis. The ideal candidate is creative, highly organized, proficient with virtual event platforms, and possesses excellent communication skills to ensure seamless virtual events that foster connection and achieve client objectives.
Key Responsibilities Design and manage virtual events from conception through to completion, ensuring seamless execution.
Select and manage appropriate virtual event platforms and tools to enhance attendee engagement.
Coordinate with clients to define event goals, target audience, and desired outcomes.
Develop virtual event content, schedules, and interactive elements.




Provide technical support and troubleshooting during live virtual events.
Analyze event data and provide post-event reports to clients, offering insights for future improvements.
Requirements Proven experience in planning and executing virtual events, webinars, or online conferences.
Proficiency with various virtual event platforms (e.g., Zoom Events, Hopin, Bizzabo).
Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
Creative thinking and a keen eye for detail in designing engaging online experiences.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
