What You’ll Do:

- Lead and develop a team of sales associates in a fast-paced automotive retail environment
- Drive sales of automotive services and tires
- Ensure customers receive expert advice and outstanding service
- Manage inventory, merchandising, and store appearance
- Analyze sales trends and implement strategies to meet targets
- Maintain compliance with company policies and safety standards

What We’re Looking For:

- 2+ years of experience in management in the automotive sector
- Solid knowledge of automotive services and tires
- Strong leadership and team-building skills




- A customer-first mentality and hands-on approach to problem-solving
- Comfortable with POS systems and inventory management tools
- High school diploma or equivalent (additional automotive training or certifications a plus)
