Office Managers are responsible for overseeing daily operations of a specific retail tax location. This position manages store employees and is responsible to meet business objectives.

Position Responsibilities/Duties/Functions/Tasks

- Help train and manage staff
- Implement the authorized Marketing plan
- Ensure client receives exceptional customer service
- Generate and transmit daily operational reports
- Prepare taxes as needed

Position Qualifications

- Solid organizational and time management skills
- Ability to delegate and provide coaching
- Ability to manage and motivate others in a fast-paced business environment
- Exceptional communication skills
- Self-motivated and ability to work both independently and within a team
- Flexible to work evenings and weekends as necessary
