Duties

- Supervise daily restaurant activities, ensuring smooth operations from food preparation to serving customers
- Lead and motivate team members, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback to enhance their skills
- Oversee food handling procedures, ensuring compliance with food safety standards and sanitation regulations
- Manage cash handling processes, including POS transactions using Micros POS systems and bartending operations when necessary
- Coordinate food preparation and cooking to maintain quality standards and timely service
- Conduct interviews for potential recent hires, participate in onboarding processes, and assist with team scheduling




- Uphold excellent customer service by addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere

Skills

- Proven experience supervising in a food service or restaurant environment with strong leadership capabilities
- Extensive knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety protocols
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS for order processing and cash handling procedures
- Excellent communication skills for effective team management and customer interactions
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Experience with restaurant management tasks including inventory control, staff scheduling, and quality assurance
- Background in hospitality or hotel industry settings is a plus; bartending or barista experience is advantageous
