Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimize our supply chain operations. This role requires an individual who is not confined to a desk but actively engages with multiple departments, ensuring seamless coordination across planning, procurement, purchasing, and material forecasting. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background, particularly in machinery, and will bring expertise in SAP to enhance system efficiency and overall company performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with various departments, including engineering, production, procurement, and logistics, to align supply chain processes with business objectives.
- Conduct material planning and forecasting to ensure the availability of necessary resources while minimizing costs.
- Oversee procurement and purchasing functions, negotiating with vendors and suppliers to secure competitive terms.
- Utilize SAP to manage inventory, track materials, and analyze supply chain performance.




- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance productivity.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in supply chain management.
- Troubleshoot supply chain challenges and provide effective solutions.
- Monitor supplier performance and establish solid relationships with key partners.

Qualifications & Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Mechanical Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain management, with a preference for candidates with a mechanical or machinery background.
- Hands-on approach with a willingness to be actively involved in daily operations.
- Strong expertise in SAP and ability to leverage the system for planning, procurement, and inventory management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with different teams.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
