Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and adapt resident personal care plans
• Administer medications and medical treatments
• Maintain accurate health records and documentation
• Assist during palliative and end-of-life care
• Support Health Care Aides in delivering resident care

Requirements:
• Graduate from an approved nursing school
• Current BCCNM license to practice
• Experience in residential care or mental health
• Active CPR and First Aid certification
• Solid communication and organizational skills
